Shipping Information:

We typically use UPS Ground or you can select 2nd Day Air at an additional cost. Shipping cost will be added to your order and confirmed when we verify your payment method.

However, many of the items that we sell are oversize, overweight or packaged in a way that they and cannot be shipped on UPS. For orders greater than 150 lbs or for oversize orders, we will ship by ground carrier and the freight charges will be added to your order. We will contact you and confirm that you approve the total freight charge before processing orders that are greater than 150 lbs or that are oversize.

Shipping and Risk of Loss:

Batchelor Supply is not responsible or liable for any damage resulting from shipment. The title to all items shipped by Batchelor Supply passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow a 7 day return if the product is in NEW condition and is returned in its original packaging. All orders that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is handled by the customer.
